My hairdressing journey began in London In the 70’s and I was heavily influenced by the combination of design, art, fashion and music, then seeing that come to life in my haircuts, which is, and always will be, my passion. During my career I have been nominated for Southern Hairdresser of the Year twice and UK Art Team of the Year once. Today my passion is my business, my team and my favorite thing is that special connection you get with your client when you know you both think the same thing and it ends in a look that is both unique for the client and a great billboard for my work.

Salon Director / Back Office Manager
My career began as a stylist but I quickly moved into education and joined global haircare brand, KMS, as an educator. Over the years I’ve been lucky to travel, meet and work with some amazing artists around the world. For my day job I am Commercial Director of Education in the European region for Goldwell, KMS, Kerasilk and Varis tools so my time is limited and i mainly run the salon back office these days. I love our industry and I can honestly say I have never had a day where it felt like work.

Creative Director/Floor Manager
The 90’s was an exciting time to be into hair and fashion. I trained under Ross and worked in a Guildford salon for the first 7 years of my hairdressing career. I then worked in different salons around this area but 15 years ago I finally settled in Farnham and have been cutting hair in the town ever since. I joined The Est@blishment in early 2019 and began the next chapter of my hairdressing career. Cutting hair is my speciality and my absolute passion but I have to say, my client service is second to none!

Senior Stylist and Creative Colorist
I have been doing hair for more than 20 years. Originally from South Africa and a big family, I’m loud and I’m a natural nurturer. It didn’t take me long to take my position as ‘Salon Mama’. My passion is coloring especially lived in naturals but every now and then the brighter pops of color that make things interesting. First and foremost, my rule is integrity, always ensuring hair maintains it optimal condition no matter the service I perform. I love my clients, my children, my dog (also my husband) and working at The Est@blishment. The fun and laughter I have with the staff and clients makes every day a good day.

I qualified in 2022 and joined the Est@blishment as New Talent that August.
My passion in hairdressing is cutting hair, I love the thought of being able to make people happier and more confident in themselves with a change of shape, style or a general tidy up, I love the different techniques and the creativity of it.
Outside of work, music, cooking, crime documentaries and organizing are my passions. I could have been a professional organizer. I’d love to empty someone’s house contents into a warehouse and help them de-clutter 😊

I moved ‘over the pond’ a few years back when I met my British husband and started working in London, spent some time as a colorist for Marvel films and lastly a salon in Winsor. New talent Colorist
I joined The Est@blishment straight after getting my qualifications in hair. I did an extra year to perfect my skills and during that time realized that color was it for me. I’m always the last to get the joke in the salon but never with hair. Something clicked and it always came easy to me. I love all color from a simple root tint to a full set of highlights. I’m chatty and easy to be around and the relaxed atmosphere in The Est@blishment suits my style.

I went into hairdressing straight from school. It’s something I always wanted to do. I’ve worked around this area but settled here at The Est@blishment, where I feel I fit in. I’m a team player, a hard worker and I love to engage in the banter here. I’m passionate about all aspects of hairdressing from cutting a one length bob to creating gorgeous, shiny color. I balance my job with raising my little boy, my other passion!

I have been in the hairdressing industry since i was 14 as a Saturday girl. I come from a family of hairdressers and i grew up watching my mum cutting hair so it was only a matter of time before i got the bug too! Whilst i enjoy coloring hair my passion lies in cutting. Salon Security Managers
We are only 3 but mum and dad already put us to work!. They say we have to earn our treats. We are in charge of salon security but since Dad put in cameras we can watch from home now, which works because its nearer our food bowls. Did we mention we LOVE food!
Our Style: Clean (only on Sundays when we get our bath), open to wearing wooly hats but not jumpers.
