The Establishment is an authorised Goldwell and Kao salon - a status not every salon qualifies for - and we use products from the Kao group exclusively: Goldwell, KMS, Kerasilk and Varis. That's a deliberate professional choice by Ross and Claire, not a stocking deal or a sponsorship. We use these brands because we know, in detail, how they perform on real hair.
That knowledge runs deeper than most salons ever get access to. Claire, Salon Director, has spent over 30 years at Kao Professional Hair and is currently Commercial Director of Education for Kao Europe - a direct, senior role held alongside co-running the salon. She works on new product concepts from initial idea through to launch, gets early access to industry trends, and knows in advance which formulations are genuinely worth investing in. Clients in Farnham get the benefit of that insider knowledge in every appointment.
