Bookings. Appointments can be booked online via our Phorest booking widget, by phone, or in person. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time where possible - late arrival may mean your service has to be shortened or rescheduled to protect other clients' appointments.

Cancellations. We understand plans change. We simply ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Consultations and patch tests. A consultation is included with every colour service. For certain colour and chemical services, a patch test may be required in advance for your safety - our stylists will let you know if this applies to you.

Pricing. Prices are as advised at the time of booking or consultation and may vary depending on hair length, thickness and the specific service carried out. We'll always confirm the price before starting a service where it may differ from a quoted starting price.
