Ross's career began in London in the 1970s and spans over 50 years' hands-on experience, with two Southern Hairdresser of the Year nominations along the way. Claire spent over 30 years at Kao Professional Hair and holds a senior European education role, giving the salon early access to products and techniques most Farnham competitors simply don't have. Together they've built a team that includes a BHA (British Hairdressing Awards) Finalist and a Goldwell Color Zoom UK Top 4 finalist.
