Lisa started out in California before relocating to the UK, and has spent nearly 20 years in hair since. Along the way she worked as a colourist on Marvel film productions, then held a senior role at a prestigious Windsor salon before joining The Establishment in Farnham.
Her speciality is freehand colour - balayage, lived-in colour and Californian blonde - colour that grows out softly rather than leaving a hard line. She's currently halfway through the year-long Goldwell Master Colorist programme, working towards the Master Colorist title. In her own words: "Looking for Californian Blonde? Lisa's approach starts with a proper consultation - what your hair can realistically do, what you actually want day to day, and how much upkeep you're willing to commit to. She's known at the salon for freehand painting that builds tone gradually rather than isolating colour in hard blocks, so the result still looks good months later, not just on the day you leave the chair.
